ABOUT ME

I'm a writer/director/producer/editor who has worked for Global Television, Bluewater Productions, Pro Se Productions, Red-Handed Studios, Prometheus Comics, Pulp Empire, Airship 27, 99.1 Cool FM, and Naylor, LLC.

Currently, I'm working with Strata Studios on four different projects for television and other media.

My first young adults' novel, “The Sister Arcana”, was released by Pro Se Productions in the spring of 2014. I have had over a dozen pulp stories published in anthologies by Pro SeProductions, Airship 27, and Pulp Empire. As a comic book writer, I have had two mini-series published by Bluewater Productions (“Sherlock Holmes: Victorian Knights”and “Robin the Hood”) and have an impending 120-page, noir graphic novel to be published in early 2015.

I advanced to the top ten percent of the 2013 Austin Film Festival screenwriting competition for a one-hour television pilot script. Also, I was nominated as “Best Prose Fiction Writer” and for “Best Short Story” at the 2011 PulpArk Awards. I've been a creative force on hundreds of projects, varying in nature from fiction to marketing, including the 2005 and 2006 Business Excellence Awards videos.

I graduated at the top of my class with honours from the Academy of Broadcasting, where I was appointed CABC3 Creative Coordinator. I've completed the Winnipeg Film Group’s Basic Filmmaker’s Course and have a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Calculus and a minor in English and Film Studies from the University of Manitoba.
